Budapest architecture and furniture design in the 19th-century

During our art-historical walking tour we discover the elements of the 19th-century styles on the furniture and buildings of Budapest. First we have a look at the Neorenaissance, Neobaroque, Neorococo and Art Nuovo style furniture in the BÁV Szent István Antique Shop, then we have a short walk on the Szent István Boulevard and Falk Miksa Street to analyze and interpret the most interesting facades. We make an attempt to observe the similarity of architecture and furniture design in the 19th-century.

The walking tour starts inside the shop: BÁV Szent István Antique Shop (1055 Budapest, Szent István körút 3.), at 4 pm on 29th of August 2017
